Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days 
after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING
We currently ship to Spain and selected European countries.
All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based 
on your location and order weight.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive 
a confirmation email with a tracking number.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs 
fees apply.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees and 
import duties may apply. These are the responsibility 
of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Sevante Studios is not responsible for delays caused 
by customs or courier services.
