Refund Policy

At Sevante Studios, we want you to be completely 
satisfied with your purchase.

RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned 
or exchanged once the packaging has been opened.
Unused items in original sealed packaging can be 
returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
- Unopened and in original sealed packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In original condition

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will 
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your 
original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact 
us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sevantestudios.com 
with photos of the damage. We will replace the item 
or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

WRONG SIZE
If you ordered the wrong size and the packaging is 
unopened, we are happy to exchange it within 14 days.
Contact us at hello@sevantestudios.com to arrange 
the exchange.
